OCD and You

The root cause of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is the guilt arising out of your past life/current life mistake. Your subconscious mind is over compensating to make sure you do not make the same mistakes again.

You need to go backward in time and forgive yourself from the bottom of your heart. Convince yourself that it is not necessarily to be overtly cautious and compulsive to avoid making mistakes in life.
