About Me: (Your profile helps us in choosing right members for the forum. It also helps others in the forum to connect to you based on common interest): Yoga and Meditation Teacher, founder of Yoga Vidya, a non-profit-network of Yoga Centers, Yoga Teachers and Yoga Ashrams in Europe.

I am a Yoga and Meditation Teacher in Germany. I am teaching at Yoga Vidya, a non-profit network of Yoga Ashrams, Yoga Centers and Yoga Teachers. I have been teaching Yoga since 1981. Yoga Vidya Ashram Germany is most likely the biggest Yoga Ashram outside India. Seminars, Yoga Teacher's Training Courses and Intensives are taught in German, Spanish and English.
