"In the physical life it is necessary to make choices to move through the dramas.  In making those decisions much advice is offered to make them easier.

A favorite one is 'to always follow your heart'.  Spirit agrees strongly with this but with one condition.  One must have a clear mind when following their heart.

Without focusing in what matters in your life clearly, the heart may suffer.

Without a clear mind one plays scenarios over and over until the overload of energy explodes.  In that moment, the purest of hearts become victim to the lack of thoughtful accomplishment.

It is often necessary to break away into positive distraction so that the heart can steady itself in its pursuit of happiness.  Repetitive negative patterns once released can let the self achieve the path the heart wishes to pursue.

Let your mind seek the truth of any situation.  It is an important element in following your heart.

The truth is sometimes not easy to accept, but it is imperative to ultimately create what the heart wants.

Be careful not to get caught up in things that do not really matter in the big picture.

Your heart is the emotional expression of your soul.  Allow it to participate.

     Accept the truth.

     Be clear.

     Then...

     Follow your heart."
